190 million pound scandal case

An accountability court on Tuesday extended interim bail of PTI chief’s wife Bushra Bibi in Toshakaha and 190 million pounds scandal till October 12. Latif Khosa argued that the NAB had given a statement that the arrest of Bushra Bibi is not required. He said the word ‘at present’ used by the NAB prosecutor were objectionable. Considering the word, he said, he has brought some decisions of the higher judiciary in this regard. If the authorities change their mind, then they have to inform the court before arresting an accused.
