ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has sought final arguments from respondents on next hearing in Kidney Hills reference of fake bank accounts. Kidney Hills reference came up for hearing before Judge Muhammad Bashir of AC Islamabad Saturday. Senator Salim Mandiwala and other accused persons appeared in the court. NAB opposed the acquittal plea of Salim Mandiwala. Counsel for Salim Mandiwala while giving arguments on the reply from NAB told the court that the reference does not fall in the jurisdiction of NAB following the promulgation of amendment ordinance.
