ISLAMABAD: Acting Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Sardar Tariq Masood will hear the most recent cases in the chamber today (Monday). These cases include appeals filed on the return of petitions filed on contempt of court and other matters. In these appeals, Muhammad Khan Rand against Pakistan People Party’s Agha Siraj Khan Durrani. Abdul Razzaq’s appeal against government are included. Informational notices were issued to the parties in the cases. An objection was raised by the Supreme Court Office on the Muhammad Khan Randwali constitutional petition, on which an appeal was filed against the decision of the Registrar, which will be heard in the Chamber.
