Islamabad: Advocate Taimur Inayat Malik, CEO of Taimur Inayat Malik & Co. (Attorneys & Solicitors), has secured a significant legal milestone in a commercial dispute involving enforcement of an agency agreement against a leading steel manufacturing company of Pakistan. The dispute not only concerned the enforcement and protection of the client’s contractual rights but also involved rights carrying damages estimated at approximately Rs. 50 Crore. Following nearly five years of litigation spanning Islamabad and Karachi, the Islamabad Court (Judgement Dated 09 March 2026) referred the matter to arbitration under Pakistan’s arbitration law, marking a decisive step toward resolution of the dispute.
