Regional Director of Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad, Mardan Maaz Ahmad has said that the admissions for autumn 2026 semester have been formally started in the university.
He urged the students to take full advantage of this great opportunity for higher education by submitting their online applications before the scheduled last date. He was talking to media persons in his office. On this occasion, he said that Allama Iqbal Open University is following its mission of providing quality and easily accessible education to students across the country, while Mardan Regional Office is providing all possible guidance and facilities to students in admissions, examinations, assignments, workshops and all other educational matters.
Programs, admissions to various academic programs including MBA, MPhil, MS and Ph.D. He said that male and female students can submit the online admission form in their desired programs till August 8, 2026. He further informed that Allama Iqbal Open University has also introduced FSC Computer Science, Medical and Engineering courses keeping in mind the modern educational requirements, so that the youth can get better educational and professional opportunities with modern sciences.
The Regional Director appealed to the students and parents to refer to the official online portal of Allama Iqbal Open University only Do and avoid unverified sources or persons.
He said that for any kind of information, guidance or technical support, a special facilitation desk has been set up in the Mardan Regional Office, where the staff is available at all times for complete guidance and facilitation of the students.
He expressed his commitment that the Mardan Regional will ensure the provision of timely, transparent and quality services to the students so that more and more youth can benefit from higher education opportunities and play an effective role in national development.
