ISLAMABAD
One proclaimed offender Ali Nawaz Awan in Judicial complex vandalism case has surrendered before the court. He filed the bail application in the court taking the plea that the petitioner could not appear in the court due to some reasons.
The court had declared the petitioner proclaimed offender. The petitioner kept on joining the investigation. Now he is ready to join the investigation too. The petitioner is ready to file surety bonds.
Duty judge Shah Rukh Arjumand heard the case being the judge of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on leave.
The court accepted bail plea of Ali Nawaz Awan against surety bonds of Rs 50000.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 10.
