All 4 detained persons were released in alleged torture case of Fatima, a domestic worker in Ranipur.
Police had released 4 accused including former SHO by declaring them innocent in case of alleged torture of housekeeper Fatima.
Former SHO Ameer Chang, Dr Abdul Fattah Memon along with MS rural Health Center Ali Hassan Wasan and head editor Mohammad Khan were also released by police.
Police inquiry officer Mohammad Bachal Qazi in case of murder of Fatima, a domestic worker who died due to alleged torture and sexual assault in Ranipur said in court yesterday that provisions of terrorism act were added to the case and now this case will proceed in Anti-terrorism court (ATC).
Court has ordered the accused Akbar Kalhoro to be sent to jail while accused Asad Shah and Naib Qasid were handed over to police on one day physical remand.
Important progress was made in Fatima murder case and a case of facilitation was registered against accused’ driver Ejaz Qazi under official report. .
Ejaz Qazi had transferred Asad Shah’s wife Hina Shah and her father Fayyaz Shah to unidentified location and Ejaz Qazi was arrested from Karachi in recent days.
It has been revealed that aunt of accused Hina Shah has started threatening parents of Fatima.
Mother of Fatima and plaintiff in case Shabnam said in a video message that she was told to keep a light hand on Hina otherwise it will be bad for you.
While threatening the plaintiff, it was further said that stay to Asad Shah and do not talk about Hina Shah.
Mother of Fatima is also determined to get justice.
She said that I am not going to compromise with Hina Shah and I will get punish Asad Shah and Hina Shah.
It is pertinent to say that an accident took place in Kherpur on August 16 where 10 years old girl Fatima died mysteriously in the Haveli of influential Pir. The video of girl’s body went viral on social media and marks of torture on girl’s body were visible.
