Ameer JI says PECA to be opposed on all platforms

The provincial Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan has said that the amendments made in the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) through ordinances are against the spirit of the Constitution of Pakistan, black law, freedom of expression.
He expressed these views while addressing the ceremony of Khatam Bukhari in District Karak. A resolution was submitted to the Senate against the recently ordinances of the federal government.
He said that the heroes of this ummah are not the women of the women’s march, if anyone talks about women’s rights then we are the advocates of women’s rights. Islam has given women the rights of dowry and inheritance, right of property, he added.
Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Kha said that no one can take away their rights in the name of culture and culture.
The West always talk about freedom of speech, but when it comes to freedom of dress, they become silent, he added.
He said that the women’s march was in fact a socialist movement and had nothing to do with women’s rights,adding that the movement is an anti-Islamic under the guise of women’s rights.

He said that forced conversion has no place in Islam as our religion oppose the practice of forced conversion, adding that it is wrong to require age for accepting Islam.
