Ameer Muqam criticizes PM for awarding appreciation certificates to ministers

The provincial president of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Engineer Ameer Muqam has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has given appreciation certificates to his 10 ministers in order to conceal his grief and tension.
