KARACHI: Jail authorities have said in the court that drug dealer Anmol Pinky cannot be permitted to wear objectionable clothes. The murder case against Anmol Pinky came up for hearing before judicial magistrate South. Superintendent women jail told the court details with reference to application filed by Anmol Pinky against non provision of facilities in jail. The court inquired as to why medicines and clothes are not provided to accused Anmol Pinky in jail. Jail superintendent took the plea there is no objection over providing clothes to the accused. But we cannot allow the accused to wear objectionable clothes. ONLINE
Woman jail officer told the court the accused can get and wear normal clothes and we will have no objection over it. Treatment of the accused is running in civil hospital. The medicines prescribed by civil hospital doctor are being provided.
Later court wrapped up the petition of Anmol Pinky after hearing the stance of women jail authorities.
