The Awami National Party (ANP) on Saturday announced the schedule for an Anti-Inflation march, a protest of the opposition parties against the government.
According to the schedule issued from Bacha Khan Markaz Peshawar, the anti-government march is scheduled to begin from Peshawar Toll Plaza on March 28.
The secretary general of ANP Mian Iftikhar Hussain will lead the march for Islamabad, it stated.
The Peshawar rally will include party workers processions from Peshawar City, Peshawar District, Charsadda, Khyber, Mohmand and Kohat.
The ANP District Charsadda procession will join the main convoy at Charsadda Interchange.
Similarly, processions of Nowshera and Mardan will join the main convoy of ANP at Rashakai Interchange.
The procession of Bajaur district will join the procession at Colonel Sher Khan Interchange while the procession of Swabi and Buner will join the main convoy at Anbar Interchange, said the schedule issued by the party.
It announced the procession of Haripur district will receive the rally at Hazara Interchange, while the main procession will join Karak, Lakki Marwat, DI Khan, Tank and Bannu Hakla Interchange.
The grand convoy of ANP led by Secretary General Mian Iftikhar Hussain will enter Islamabad at 5 pm.
Mian Iftikhar Hussain has issued instructions to all the organizations, officials and leaders to speed up the preparations for full and large participation in the inflation march.
