ISLAMABAD: Arif Habib Consortium has purchased 100 percent shares of PIA . As per media report Arif Habib consortium has deposited money for more 25 percent shares of PIA. Bank guarantee of Rs 45 billion has also been deposited as per agreement. Arif Habib consortium had option for purchasing 25 percent shares of PIA while it had already purchased 75 percent shares of PIA. It is pertinent to mention here Arif Habib Consortium is likely to take control of PIA in May. Arif Habib Consortium comprises Fouji Fetilizers, Lake city and Fatima group. ONLINE
