Violation of section 144
ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has issued arrest warrants of Umar Ayoub and other leaders of PTI due to their absence.
The cases regarding violation of section 144 against Chairman PTI barrister Gohar Khan, Umar Ayoub and others came up for hearing before judicial magistrate Shahzad Khan in District and Sessions court Islamabad.
The court issued arrest warrants of Umar Ayoub, Aamir Dogar and Aamir Mughal for not appearing in the court.
The court accepted exemption plea of Shoaib Shaheen and Barrister Gohar.
