The provincial minister for Irrigation Arshad Ayub Khan on Wednesday inaugurated a Service Delivery Center for Computerization of Land Records at Assistant Commissioner Office Khanpur.
On this occasion, he said that the establishment of service delivery center is to give relief to the people of Tehsil Khanpur so that under one roof, the people of Tehsil Khanpur could get their land record, land transfer, registry and other land related matters. Arshad Ayub Khan said that the promise made by the government of the province to its people has been fulfilled today. They will be able to get the transfer documents and other land documents easily.
On this occasion, Ex Minister Yousuf Ayub Khan, Deputy Commissioner Haripur Fawad Khan, Assistant Commissioner Khanpur Dr Wajad Ali, Faheem Ilyas in-charge Service Delivery Center, Deputy Director Noor Ali Khan, Director IT Akbar Zaman, Additional Deputy Commissioner Imran Khan Jadoon and others officials were also present on this occasion.
During briefing officials told the Minister for Irrigation that Khan Pur tehsil has total 15 patwar circles and total area 86374 acres while total population 170616 people.
Arshid Ayub Khan inspected the Service Delivery Center and checked the computerization records and directed the concerned officers and officials that every person who comes here should be given all possible help and whatever they have to do with the land should be done immediately.
