ISLAMABAD: Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) has fixed journalist Arshid Sharif murder case for hearing. A two members bench of FCC comprising justice Aamir Farooq and justice Rozi Khan will conduct first hearing of the case on December 3. It is pertinent to mention here Supreme Court had taken suo motu notice on Arshid Sharif murder case. All the cases of suo motu nature have been shifted to constitutional court following the approval of 27th constitutional amendment. Now the matter is entire in jurisdiction powers of FCC. Further proceedings is expected on December 03. ONLINE
