Asad Shafiq asked for more time to become a selection committee consultant in the matter of formation of national cricket selection committee. According to sources, Test batsman Asad Shafiq wants to play more cricket now, Asad Shafiq will take over as a consultant in February. Asad Shafiq had earlier confirmed to become a selector in January. Asad Shafiq is currently playing President’s Trophy for Sui Northern. Asad Shafiq will also play in Sindh Premier League (SPL) in January.
