Two cases of CTD
ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has declared Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi and two other provincial ministers proclaimed offenders.
The advertisement of CM KP Sohail Afridi, provincial ministers Meena Khan, Shafi Jan, Amjid Ali, Shafi Ullah Jan and Iqbal Afridi has been published.
The five accused have been declared proclaimed offenders in 2 cases of CTD. The accused have been ordered through the advertisement to appear in the court within 30 days. If they don’t appear within 30 days the legal proceedings will be initiated.
It is pertinent to mention here case against CM KP Sohail Afridi and others has been registered in police station Ramna in November 26, 2024 protest matter.
