ATC issues arrest warrants of 50 PTI leaders including Arif Alvi, Gandapur

Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued arrest warrants of 50 PTI leaders including former president Arif Alvi and KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. The court issued arrest warrants of 41 PTI leaders Thursday after hearing November 26 protest case registered in Karachi company police station.
Arrest warrants of 9 PTI leaders have already been issued. This way arrest warrants of overall 50 PTI leaders have been issued so far.
Arrest warrants of PTI leaders have been issued in the case No 1193 registered in Karachi company police station. The accused include Arif Alvi, Abdul Qayyum Niazi, Shibli Faraz, Faisal Javed, Suleman Akram Raja, Rauf Hassan, Murad Saeed and Ahmad Niazi too.
Arrest warrants of KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur , Asad Qaisar, Hammad Azhar, Atif Khan, Shoaib Sahaheen, Azam Khan Swati, Omar Ayub, Sahibzada Hamid Raza, Aleema Khanum, Sheikh Waqas Akram, Kanwal Shauzab, Shandana Gulzar and Sher Afzal Marwat have also been issued.
Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain of ATC issued the arrest warrants due to non appearance of the accused person in the court.
The court has ordered to arrest the accused persons immediately and present them before it.
It is pertinent to mention here that 32 cases related to November 24 and 26 protest are registered in Rawalpindi division.
