KARACHI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) while giving last chance to investigation officer to file case property in May 12 cases, has reserved judgment on acquittal pleas former Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sindh for home affairs , Wasim Akhtar 6 cases related to May 12 incident came up for hearing before ATC in Karachi central jail Anti Terrorism Complex. Former Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sindh for home affairs , Wasim Akhtar and other accused persons appeared in the court. The court expressed resentment over investigation officer for not presenting case property of the cases. The court remarked we are giving last chance. If case property is not presented on next hearing then we will conduct trial without it. The court reserved judgment on 2 acquittal pleas of Wasim Akhtar. ONLINE
