ISLAMABAD: Audio Leaks case has been shifted from the court of Justice Babar Sattar to the court of Justice Azam Khan. The case has been shifted due to abolition of single bench of Justice Babar Sattar in Islamabad High Court (IHC). The petitions filed against the audio leaks by Najam Saqib son of former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqib Nisar and Bushra Bibi will come up for hearing before Justice Azam Khan on November 04. It is pertinent to mention here Supreme Court (SC) while issuing stay order against audio leaks case had prevented IHC from initiating further proceedings. These petitions were filed by Bushra Bibi and Najam Saqib. Online
