Residents of Babini, a suburban area of Mardan, including Bashir Khan, Abdul Rahman, and local elders, appealed to the DIG Mardan and DPO Mardan to refrain from harassing them unnecessarily.
They said that they have always cooperated with law enforcement agencies and will continue to do so in the future.
They expressed these views while addressing a press conference at Mardan Press Club, where a large number of local elders were also present.
They stated that their brother Bilal has been wanted by the police for quite some time, and that their father and family have already disowned him.
However, due to his actions, the police and other agencies are allegedly harassing and mentally torturing them, while frequently conducting raids on their house.
They made a humble appeal to the DIG Mardan Region and DPO Mardan not to harass them unnecessarily, adding that they are fully ready to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in every possible way.
