ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions court Islamabad has accepted bail before arrest plea of PTI leader Aliya Hamza in re-tweets case. Aliya Hamza appeared in the court along with her lawyers. The bail before arrest plea of Aliya Hamza was filed. The plea bail before arrest came up for hearing before additional sessions judge Afzal Majoka Wednesday.
Case against Aliya Hamza is registered under cyber crime clauses in FIA.
The lawyer told the court the FIR pertains to July. Aliya Hamza was in jail when retweets were made.
The court granted interim bail to Aliya Hamza till September 19 against the surety bonds worth Rs 10000.
Aliya Hamza said she will come in this court after appearing in Faisalabad in morning and later in Lahore and Sargodha.
The court adjourned the hearing till September 19.
