A high level review meeting of the preparations for the anti -dengue campaign chaired by Deputy Commissioner Bannu Mohammad Fahim was held under the public agenda of the provincial government Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Under which precautionary measures will be taught to students in schools to promote dengue awareness in schools besides mosques and other public places.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Aminullah Khan, Chief Executive WSSB Muhammad Imran, Additional Assistant Commissioners, District Health Officer Zafarullah, Focal Person for Dengue Control Ansarullah, Tehsil Municipal Administration Officers, Department of Education officials and other relevant Officers were present.
A detailed briefing was given to the meeting by Focal Person for Dengue Control Ansarullah.
Meanwhile, a framework for dengue fever prevention and precautionary measures was set, which included strict implementation of precautionary measures and providing details about patients in the hospitals to prevent dengue disease by timely measures accordingly.
On this occasion, Chief Executive Muhammad Imran briefed the meeting about his experiences to prevent dengue and assured all his possible support for mosquito spray.
Finally, the Deputy Commissioner issued instructions to implement the proposals on the basis of all the proposed suggestions and utilization of all available resources to prevent dengue.
