MARDAN: The additional and district session judge, Nasurullah Khan here on Friday confirmed the bail before arrest (BBA) of three Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawmakers. Sources added that the PTI former provincial minister Atif Khan, former lawmakers Iftikhar Ali Mashwami, Abdus Salam Afriadi, Malak Soukat and 40 PTI unknown workers were booked as per the first information report no 832 lodged under section 452,427,148 and 149 in connection of damaging a medical store on May 9. Sources added that the FIR was lodged on the complaint of medical store owner Abdus Salam on 9th May. The defense counsel was Riaz Khan Paindakhel, Islam Wardak advocate, Jawad Ali Khan , Sajjad Chishti , Shams-ur-Rehman , Saddam and Abbas Khan. The complaint didn’t object to the confirmation of BBA. The court confirmed the BBA of former provincial assembly members Iftikhar Ali Mashwani, Malak Shoukat and Abdus Salam Afridi. Our Correspondent
