KHYBER: Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) was blown up by unknown militants by installing explosive to its main gate near Zakria Masid, Khuga Khel area of Landi Kotal, district Khyber last night, however no causality was reported police and locals sources said. They said that on Wednesday night the explosive device went off with a big bang, destroying the main gate and boundary wall of the BISP center. The blast also damaged solar lights, installed at the Zakria Masjid road, locals said. Soon after the incident, the security forces officials rushed to the site, collected evidence and launched a search operation, police said. Due to closing of the center, no causality occurred, sources said. Meanwhile, another center of BISP, located at a bypass road near the C & W office of Landi Kotal, was suspended due to lack of security measures, officials of the center said. They said that the last night mishap created panic in the area therefore until provision of full proof security they would not resume their duties. Our Correspondent
