ISLAMABAD: Cryptocurrencies moved north on Thursday, with the market cap gaining 1.7 percent to $1.19 trillion. As of 1200 hours GMT, Bitcoin (BTC) price jumped to $27,361 with a gain of 2.5 percent in the last 24 hours. The market capitalisation of the biggest crypto reached $530.3 billion with this increase. Bitcoin has gained 0.4 percent of its value over the last seven days. Ether (ETH), the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalisation, gained 1.7 percent to reach $1,824. With this increase in price, the market capitalisation of ETH has reached $219.7 billion. ETH has been 0.1 percent up in the past seven days. Likewise, Binance Coin (BNB) price jumped 1.8 percent to reach $314. With this increase in price, the market capitalisation of BNB has reached $49.6 billion. BNB has gained 0.7 percent of its value during the last seven days. On the other hand, Ripple (XRP) price increased 4.7 percent to $0.468. The market capitalisation of XRP stands at $24.3 billion with this increase. XRP has gained 10 percent of its value during the last seven days. Cardano (ADA) also remained on the upward trajectory as it shed 3.5 percent to reach $0.379. Its market capitalisation has reached $13.3 billion with this increase.
