The 72nd Mr. Pakistan and Junior Mr. Pakistan Bodybuilding Championship will be held in Peshawar this month, for which preparations have been completed.
This time, a new and unique addition has been made to the championship, along with men, women will also demonstrate their fitness in the Fitness Challenge Pakistan competition.
According to Tariq Pervaiz, President of Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation, renowned bodybuilders and fitness experts from across the country will participate in this event, which will continue from February 15 to 17. More than 200 players are ready to prove their skills in this competition held under the Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation. The provincial sports and youth departments have cooperated in organizing the event.
He said that this time, a unique aspect of the event is the Fitness Challenge Pakistan competition, in which not only male but also female athletes will demonstrate their fitness skills. This initiative will be helpful in promoting the fitness and bodybuilding sector of women in Pakistan. The participation of women will not only make this championship more interesting but will also help in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
The championship will have different weight categories, including 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100 and 100+ kg competitions. The focus will be on the competition, in which the best bodybuilders of the country will compete to win the title of Mr. Pakistan.
Organizing such events in the provincial capital Peshawar will help in promoting bodybuilding and fitness not only in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province but also in the whole of Pakistan. According to experts, this championship will further increase the passion for fitness among the youth and will help Pakistan produce international level bodybuilders and fitness champions in the future.
He said that it will be interesting to see which bodybuilder wins the title of Mr. Pakistan and which female athletes perform outstandingly in Fitness Challenge Pakistan. This is a golden opportunity for the fans of Peshawar to be a part of this event and see the best performances of fitness and bodybuilding. The special guests of the final ceremony will be Provincial Minister for Sports Syed Fakhar Jahan and Provincial Minister for Higher Education Meena Khan Afridi. Trophies and medals will be given to the players who take the top positions.
