Bushra Bibi has filed appeal plea in Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) for suspension of sentence given by trial court and her release on bail.
Appeal said Bushra Bibi suffered eye disease during her detention. Due to this her eye surgery was conducted.
It has been said in the petition she deserves for suspension of sentence and bail being woman and sick.
The appeal further said Bushra Bibi was kept in solitary confinement where she was kept deprived of facility of proper treatment and care.
It was further alleged in the petition NAB is creating hindrance in the decision regarding petitions for suspension of sentence. Therefore, the court should order to release her by suspending her sentence awarded by trial court.
