The cabinet committee constituted to investigate the May 9 tragedy has decided to sought all the records and documents from the relevant sensitive and investigative institutions.
While the verified videos and photos also be obtained from defense and military installations. The confessional statements of the arrested accused will also be examined.
According to the sources, the first meeting of the cabinet committee on the investigation of May 9 tragedy was held under the chairmanship of the Caretaker Law Minister Ahmed Irfan Aslam, in which the Ministers of Information and Broadcasting and Human Rights and the Secretary of the Interior participated.
