Caretaker minister visits LRH to inquire about health of blast injured

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Caretaker Minister Syed Hamid Shah on Wednesday visited Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) to inquire about the health of those wounded in the suicide blast at a mosque in the Peshawar Police Lines.
Secretary health department Shahidullah and director general health Shaukat Ali also accompanied him on this occasion.
The explosion which ripped through the mosque inside the Malik Saad Shaheed Police Lines on Monday killed more than 100 people, mostly policemen and wounded over 150.
While talking to the media, Syed Hamid Shah said that the hospital authorities have been issued instructions to provide best possible with wounded persons admitted in the hospital.

On this occasion, they visited the injured and inquired about the treatment.

The hospital officials briefed the caretaker minister about the treatment being given to the injured persons in the hospital.

The caretaker provincial minister said on the occasion that the people who were burnt in the blast need intensive care.

Those injured in the blast are our veterans and heroes. The health secretary thanked all the staff of LRH for providing timely and best treatment to the injured.
