ISLAMABAD
Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA), Aamir Ali Ahmad directed for immediately starting developmental work in E-12 sector here on Wednesday. He expressed this during his visit to E-12, E-12/2 and E-12/3 sectors of Islamabad. He also directed the relevant authorities for talks with the residents of E-12 to address their reservations. The Chairman met with the affectees and assured them that their pending payments will be paid and all of the reservations will be addressed. The Chairman CDA, Aamir Ali Ahmad directed the officers to recover the grabbed land of the sector.
The meetings of the committee devised for addressing the issues of the affectees of the sector is also being held on regular basis so that the developmental work in the sector can be started as soon as possible.
PC-1 of Sector E-12 was approved in 1988. But the developmental work delayed as the authority could not get the control over land. New PC-1 of the sector was approved in the 45th meeting of CDA in 2019. The sector was supposed to be developed within the time period of 04 years. Development work is continued on the service Road North also which would be completed by December.
