Chief Justice of Pakistan Umer Ata Bandial summoned the meeting of judicial commission on June 07 to discuss the matter of regularity of judges of Balochistan and Peshawar high courts.
Justice Iqbal Ahmed Kasi, justice Shoukat Rakhshani, Justice Gul Hassan Tareen, Justice Amir Nawaz Rana Justice Sardar Ahmed Haleemi were added from Balochistan High Court for the consideration of regularity.
Peshawar High Court additional Judges justice Shahid Khan, Justice Khursheed Iqbal and Justice Fazal Subhan will be under consideration in judicial commission upcoming meeting.
