Controversial tweet case
ISLAMABAD
Special Judge central Islamabad Azam Khan has issued non-bailable arrest warrant of former federal minister Azam Khan Sawati in controversial tweets case. Judge Azam Khan announced reserved verdict. Court had summoned Azam Khan on Tuesday for indictment. Prosecutor pleaded for non-bailable arrest due to absence of Azam Sawati in court. Keep clear that Law enforcement agencies had arrest Senator Azam Sawati from his residence Chak Shehzad. After arrest Federal Investigation Agency filed the case under PECA law. 20, 131, 500 and 505 sections were included in the case.
