Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Information and Public Relations Shafi Jan formally inaugurated a Day Care Center at the Civil Secretariat, Warsak Road.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Secretary Information and Public Relations Dr. Muhammad Bakhtiar Khan, Director General Information Muhammad Imran Khan, Additional Secretary Hazrat Ali, Deputy Secretary Beenish Iqbal, Deputy Secretary Anwar Akbar, and other officers.
Speaking on the occasion, Shafi Jan said that the establishment of the Day Care Center was an important facility for female employees, which will enable working women in government offices to ensure better care of their children. He added that this is the first facility of its kind at the Civil Secretariat, Warsak Road.
He stated that the provincial government is taking practical steps to empower women and provide them with a supportive and conducive working environment. With the establishment of the Day Care Center, female employees will be able to perform their official duties with greater focus and peace of mind.
The Special Assistant appreciated the efforts of Deputy Secretary Information Beenish Iqbal in the establishment of the Day Care Center and expressed the hope that female employees working at the Civil Secretariat, Warsak Road, would fully benefit from this facility.
He also expressed optimism that such facilities would be further improved in the future.
