KOHAT: Commissioner Kohat Division, Mehmood Aslam Wazir has expressed grief and sorrow over the killing of works in a mine blast occurred in Orakzai tribal district. Commissioner has also ordered an inquiry to probe into the incident and provision of best medical treatment to those injured in the mine blast. He also directed contractors to provide modern life protecting gear to miners working in coal mines. According to a release nine mine workers were killed and four injured in a blast occurred in coal mine situated at a depth of 2500 feet in Orakzai. Four bodies have been retrieved while rescue operation is underway under the supervision of commissioner to recover those killed in the incident. APP
