Commissioner Bannu Division Muhammad Abid Khan Wazir and Regional Police Officer Imran Shahid visited various health centers in district Bannu where the performance of teams deployed for anti-polio campaign was also reviewed.
During the visit, Commissioner Bannu Division Muhammad Abid Khan Wazir administered anti-polio drops to the children in the streets at different places and encouraged the posted officials as well.
On this occasion, the Commissioner Bannu Division said that polio is an incurable disease that cripples children for their whole life. Therefore, every member of the society should play their role in fulfilling the national duty of anti-polio campaigns. Meanwhile, Regional Police Officer Imran Shahid said that despite the sacrifices, the morale and passion of the police officials is high and they are alert and ready to fulfill this national duty. Paying tribute to the policemen, he said that the Bannu policemen are diligently playing their role in fulfilling their national duty.
Regional Police Officer Imran Shahid along with Assistant Commissioner Syed Abrar Ali Shah, District Health Officer and other relevant officials were present on this occasion.
