Kohat: Commissioner Kohat Division Syed Motasim Billah Shah has under the directions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, accelerated a telephonic public outreach campaign to address citizens’ problems promptly, marking a significant step in public service. Engaging directly with the residents across the division, the commissioner listened to their concerns and issued immediate instructions to relevant authorities for resolution. He emphasized that delays in addressing public complaints will not be tolerated, with all issues treated on a priority basis. Commissioner Billah urged the citizens to report their problems without hesitation, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
