Peshawar: Due to the intervention of the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat Regional Office Peshawar, Mr. Sajid Rehman, a resident of District Karak, has been granted relief in his complaint filed against the Controller Military Accounts (CMA). The complainant had approached the Wafaqi Mohtasib regarding non-payment of his pension arrears. The case was processed under the supervision of Mr. Mushtaq Jadoon, Investigation Officer, while effective implementation of the decision was ensured by Mr. Qasim Jan, Implementation Officer. As a result of timely intervention by the Wafaqi Mohtasib, pension arrears amounting to Rs. 391,877 were released to the complainant. The complainant expressed satisfaction and gratitude for the prompt and effective resolution of his financial grievance through the forum of the Wafaqi Mohtasib. The Regional Office reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring swift, transparent, and fair redressal of public grievances, particularly those related to pension and financial matters. Staff Reporter
