PESHAWAR: A police mobile vehicle met with an accident on the motorway near the Colonel Sher Khan Interchange in Swabi, leaving five police personnel seriously injured. According to Rescue 1122, medical teams rushed to the scene immediately after receiving the emergency call. The injured officials were provided with first aid before being shifted to Mardan Hospital for further treatment. Hospital officials later confirmed that one of the injured cop, identified as Faheem succumbed to his injuries. The deceased cop was a resident of Lakki Marwat. The remaining four injured policemen are receiving medical treatment. Police have launched an investigation into the cause of the accident. APP
