RAWALPINDI: Civil judge, Judicial magistrate Rawalpindi Waqar Ahmad Gondal has approved bail plea of lady journalist arrested in car accident besides ordering to release her against surety bond worth rupees one lac. The female journalist had filed bail petition in the court through her counsel. The counsel for the lady journalist took the plea there is no element of overspeeding or negligence found during car driving, Snatchers riding on motorcycle tried to intercept the car of lady journalist. Son and daughter of lady journalist were also sitting in the car. The speed of car accelerated to escape from snatchers and as a result accident took place. The counsel for lady journalist took the stance the death of girl in the accident is matter of diyat. The lady journalist be not kept in jail till the decision of case or diyat because lady journalist has baby girl 0f 7 months and a son. The court while agreeing to the arguments of counsel approved bail plea of female journalist against the surety bonds valuing one lac rupees. Online
