Court approves bail of PTI leader Asad Umar in cipher case

Judge Abul Hasnaat Zulqarnain of special court has approved bail of PTI leader Asad Umar against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 50000 in cipher case.
The bail pleas of chairman PTI, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Asad Umar who are nominated in cipher case came up for hearing in special court of Islamabad Thursday.
Special prosecutor Zulfiqar Naqvi appeared before the court.
When the hearing started FIA prosecutors requested the court to adjourn the hearing taking the plea they have to go to Supreme Court therefore interval should be observed during the hearing.
PTI counsel while raising objection said when these people are busy then we are present in the courts and when they are free then we will be busy in high court.

The court while rejecting the prosecutor Zulfiqar plea for interval during the hearing directed PTI lawyers to give arguments on the bail plea. The court fixed the time of 10.15 a.m for giving arguments.

Prosecution Zulfiqar Naqvi said to court accused join the investigation and investigator does not go after any one. They have not joined the investigation so far. Had they jointed investigation , may be , they would have been declared innocent.

The court inquired from prosecution you had opportunity then why did you not do so.

Judge Abul Hasnaat Zulqarnain remarked their name is not clear in FIR. The bail plea of Asad Umar has to be decided separately and the remaining two have to be decided separately.
