Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) while approving physical remand of PTI MPA from Swat Ali Shah for further one day in terrorism case handed over him to police.
PTI MPA was presented in the court on completion of two days physical remand in the case registered against him in connection with PTI public meeting in Sangjani on September 8. MPA Ali Shah was presented in the court of Abual Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain.
Prosecution prayed the court to give more physical remand in respect of the accused.
The court handed over Ali Shah to police on further one day physical remand.
The accused MPA Ali Shah will again be presented in the court on March 11 Tuesday.
It is pertinent to mention here case against PTI MPA Ali Shah is registered in police station Sangjani under terrorism clauses.
