Sessions Court Islamabad has confirmed bail of PTI leader Asad Qaisar in four cases.
Bail before arrest pleas of former speaker National Assembly (NA) and PTI leader Asad Qaisar in four cases related to Azadi March came up for hearing before judge Muhammad Azam Khan of district and sessions court Islamabad.
Police filed the record of all cases in the court during the hearing of bail pleas.
Counsel for Asad Qaisar presented decisions related to acquittal of other accused persons in the court.
Judge Azam Khan inquired from prosecutor does he want to say some thing.
Prosecutor replied “No”. All the clauses which have been imposed are bailable. Upon it the court confirmed the bail of Asad Qaisar in four cases.
It is pertinent to mention here that two cases have been registered in police station Golra, one each in police stations Kohsar and Industrial area against Asad Qaisar.
Talking to media men Asad Qaisar said government is enacting topi drama.
It has failed in controlling even its own allies.
It does not seem this government will run for long time. Sheer injustice has been done by slapping taxes in budget. MNAs from PML-N and PPP don’t want to speak on budget.
He held injustice was done with KP by observing loadshedding and imposing taxes therein.
He underlined this is illegal parliament. People gave mandate to PTI and they stole it.
