Court extends interim bail of PTI leaders, workers till June 12 in May 9 related cases

LAHORE: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has extended till June 12 interim bail pleas of PTI leaders and workers in May 9 cases. Duty judge of ATC Lahore took up for hearing interim bail pleas of PTI leaders and workers in torching PML-N office and containers at Kalima Chowk and May 9 related 6 cases Thursday. As per media report Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan sisters of PTI founder did not appear in the court and their counsels presented one day exemption from attendance plea in respect of them. The counsel took the plea Aleema Khan and Azma Khan have gone to Islamabad for appearing in the court. One day exemption plea was also presented on behalf of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry. Former federal ministers Azam Swati , Asad Umar and other leaders appeared in the court. The court while extending interim bail pleas of PTI leaders and workers till June 12 directed the lawyers to complete their arguments in connection with bail on next hearing. Online
