ISLAMABAD
The court has issued non bailable arrest warrants of PTI chairman Imran Khan in female judge threatening case. Civil judge Malik Aman of district and Sessions court has issued the non bailable arrest warrants. The court also dismissed the exemption plea of Imran Khan for one day. The court has ordered to present Imran Khan on April 18. The case came up for hearing in the court Wednesday. At the inception o f hearing of the counsels for Imran Khan requesed the court to keep restore bailable arrest warrants of Imran Khan.
The lawyers said Imran Khan is facing life threat. High court has also issued notice regarding withdrawal of security from him.
Judicial magistrate Malik Aman remarked no one has appearaed from governemnt side. We see what is said by government. .
The counsel for Imran Khan said he is going to high court just now.
The judge remarked you can go if you will so as your arguments have come.
An inerval was made. Later the court annoucned its decision.
The court remarked exemption plea from attenance in the court for today is rejected.
The court while issuing non bailable arrest warrants of Imran Khan ordered to present him in the court on April 18.
