Lahore High Court (LHC) has allowed Shahbaz Gill to go to US for 4 weeks. The petition against placing Shahbaz Gull name in ECL came up for hearing before a 3-member full court presided over by the Cheif Justice LHC here Wednesday. Chief Justice remarked under what law the name of petitioner was placed in ECL. What is such situation under which decision is taken to put the name in ECL. The counsel for federal government said cases are registered in Islamabad against Gull his name has been placed in ECL on the request of Commissioner Islamabad.
