Sara Inam murder case
Islamabad: Court has ordered the death sentence to accused husband Shahnawaz Amir in the case of murder of Canadian citizen Sarah Inam. District and Sessions Judge Nasir Javed Rana while giving a reserved judgment has ordered the death sentence to accused Shahnawaz Amir and also imposed a fine of Rs. 10 lac. Sara Inam was murdered on September 23, 2022 in Islamabad after which police arrested her husband Shahnawaz Amir while registering a case. The accused’ mother Samina Shah is also mentioned in the case. Court started the trial on December 5, 2022 by indicting the accused. In Sara Inam murder case, the accused denied the crime. Online
