Misuse of diplomatic passport
ISLAMABAD
District Court Islamabad has ordered to arrest and present former Prime Minister (PM) Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanvir Ilyas. The case related to misuse of diplomatic passport against former PM AJK Sardar Tanvir Ilyas came up for hearing in district court Islamabad led by judicial magistrate Murid Abbas Friday. The court issued non – bailable arrest warrants of Sardar Tanvir Ilyas.
The court issued orders for arresting and presenting Sardar Tanvir Ilyas. Sardar Tanvir Ilyas did not appear in the court despite being summoned several times.
Hearing of the case was adjourned till February 23.
Case has been registered against Sardar Tanvir Ilyas by FIA.
