Court orders Pervaiz Elahi to appear before it on next hearing at ever cost

Court has ordered former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Pervaiz Elahi to appear before it on next hearing at every cost in money laundering case.
Judge Tanvir Ahmad Sheikh of special central court Lahore has issued written order of Tuesday hearing of money laundering case against Pervaiz Elahi, his son Moonis Elahi and others.
It was written in the order that red notice was sent to international police for arresting Chaudhry Moonis Elahi who is nominated in this case from abroad. According to FIA, red notice is available with international police for review.
The court ordered PTI leader Pervaiz Elahi to appear before it on November 5 at every cost.
The court issued non bailable arrest warrants of Zaigham Abbas who is co-accused of Moonis Elahi.
It was written in the court order that FIA requested for extending the duration in the matter of seizure of properties of 9 proclaimed offenders including Moonis Elahi.
Court sought detailed report from FIA in this regard.
The court directed assistant director FIA to appear before it in person on next hearing. The permanent exemption plea of Zara Elahi was accepted.
FIA has filed challan of money laundering case against Pervaiz Elahi, Moonis Elahi and others.
