RAWALPINDI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has ordered to defreeze bank accounts of Shaukat Khanum hospital and NUML university. November 26, protest case against Aleema Khan came up for hearing in ATC Rawalpindi Monday. Judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC heard the case. Counsels for Shaukat Khanum hospital appeared in the court during the hearing of the case. Government prosecutor Zaheer Shah said no written petition was filed for freezing accounts of Shaukat Khanum. He said national identity card number of Aleema Khan was sent to state bank to freeze personal accounts of Aleema Khan. Later the state bank freezed all the accounts registered on her CNIC . Prosecution raised no objection over de-freezing bank accounts of Shaukat Khanum and NUML university. However the court ordered to restore the bank accounts of both of the institutions.
